Terms of Use

1. Overview

These terms are an agreement between you and the VibeBit service administration (the vibebit.app website and the VibeBit app for macOS). By downloading, installing or using the app, or by making a donation, you accept these terms.

Seller details are provided in the payment documents issued by the payment provider at donation time.

2. Subject of the agreement

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the VibeBit app on macOS. The app runs locally on your device; our server is used only for update checks and downloads.

VibeBit is not a cloud service: it does not store or process your agent sessions, code or prompts on our servers.

3. Price

The VibeBit app is free. Every feature and every update is available at no cost, with no license, no account and no trial period.

4. Donations

You may support the project with a voluntary one-time donation (from $4) via crypto, СБП or a Russian card. A donation is a gift: it does not grant a license, extra features, priority support or any other consideration — the app is already free and fully functional.

The donation amount is the one shown on the website at the moment of payment. Donation receipts are issued by the payment provider.

5. Payment

Donations are processed by platega.io in USD (crypto) or RUB (СБП, RF cards). Card and payment credentials are handled entirely by the provider.

6. Refunds

A donation is a voluntary gift and grants no goods or services, so it is non-refundable. If the app does not technically work on a supported system (macOS 14+), write to support@vibebit.app — we will try to help.

7. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the app in violation of applicable law, or use the product to break the law.

8. Updates

Updates are free and available to everyone. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically; the app works without updates as well.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. VibeBit shows the state of your AI agents and forwards your decisions to them; the responsibility for the actions of the agents and for the operations you approve stays with you.

Since the app is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time; deleting the app ends this agreement. We may stop distributing the app or updates at our discretion.

11. Changes to the terms

Changes are published on this page and take effect upon publication.
