Terms of Use

1. Overview

These terms are an agreement between you and the VibeBit service administration (the vibebit.app website and the VibeBit app for macOS). By downloading, installing or using the app, or by purchasing a license, you accept these terms.

Seller details are provided in the payment documents issued by the payment provider at checkout.

2. Subject of the agreement

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VibeBit app on macOS. The app runs locally on your device; our server is used only for issuing licenses, trials and updates.

VibeBit is not a cloud service: it does not store or process your agent sessions, code or prompts on our servers.

3. Trial

The trial gives full functionality for 48 hours, with no card and no account. One trial per device; reinstalling the app does not reset it.

4. License and activation

The license is a one-time purchase of $24. The key is delivered to the e-mail provided at checkout and activates the app on one Mac; moving to a new machine is done by deactivating the old one in the app or in your account.

The license includes the next 15 app updates. When they are used up, a $12 pack adds 15 more to the same key. The version you have installed keeps working forever regardless of the quota.

The key is also your password to the account page — keep it secret. Anyone who knows the key can see the license data and detach devices.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by platega.io in USD or RUB. The price is the one shown on the website at the moment of purchase. Payment receipts are issued by the payment provider.

6. Refunds

If the app does not technically work on a supported system (macOS 14+) and support could not solve the problem, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase at support@vibebit.app. Upon refund the key is revoked and installed copies lose activation.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell, publish or share license keys, reverse-engineer the app, bypass licensing or the update quota, or use the product to break the law.

8. Updates

Each installed update is counted against the license quota, except critical updates (security and urgent fixes) — those are free and available to everyone. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically; the app works without updates as well.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. VibeBit shows the state of your AI agents and forwards your decisions to them; the responsibility for the actions of the agents and for the operations you approve stays with you.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.

10. Termination

We may revoke a key without a refund in case of a material breach of these terms (for example, distributing the key). You may stop using the app at any time; deleting the app does not terminate the license.

11. Changes to the terms

Changes are published on this page and take effect upon publication. We will notify license holders about material changes by e-mail.
